New Sweaters!

On my trip out west this summer i found a bunch of soft-as-you-know-what sweater knits so here are a few photos! These cowl necks are $80 each & come in S, M, L & XL....

Shopping on a bike is Fun!

In the interest of getting in better physical condition, i have decided to see if i can use my bike more than my truck... so this is the photo of what the bike looked like when i got back from a shopping trip this past friday... it was fun... went to the bank and two fabric stores here in Asheville & home to CURVE... and check one of our new bike racks.. thanks to David Earl Tomlinson & his welding skills & Luke Perry, the architect, for his design consulting...

i have been sewing like a maniac these past few months and am finally getting some of the new fabrics posted here... check out the "skirts"page & the "eclectic clothing" pages here for more photos... alot of the fabrics shown are available in a variety of styles... current line up of styles include the short flip skirt @ $60, the Aline skirt @ $60, the Hanky Hem skirt @ $75, the Long Hanky skirt @ $85, the Cap Tee @ $60 and the Wrap Dress @ $95... if you see a fabric you like, please ask if the style you like is available in that print... i just will never make photos of every style in every color available.... good to know eh?  hope you are having a great summer... it is hot but happy here in Asheville!!

5 CURVE ettes (artists who work @ CURVE studios) will be showing @ Clingman Cafe for the month of June 2012.... I am very fortunate to have the likes of Alena Hennessy & Meagan Chaney to call studio mates in #6 CURVE as well as fellow CURVE artists Angelica Tassistro & Maria Andrade Troya to share this fun with.... Trip Howell, Cafe owner extraordinaire has seen fit to give us the month of June to take over the aesthetics of his fine establishment with our pattern, color & beauty driven works.  Please do join us for our opening on Friday, June 1, 2012 from 5 to 7pm @ 242 Clingman Avenue, the very heart of the River Arts District here in Asheville, NC.

CURVE studios & garden Spring 2012 Open House Weekend & Twilight Party

Please join all the artists @ CURVE on Friday, April 27, 2012 from 5 to 8pm for CURVE's Twilight Party... food from White Duck Taco, Short Street Cakes, Cassie Ryalls & others, Wedge beer & wine selections from 5 Walnut Wine Bar...
